DF-20/35 Pro hydraulically driven polyurea spraying equipment is specially designed in light of the spraying characters of polyurea elastomers and the real construction conditions, having the features of accurate measurement, uniform mixture, convenient movement and high cost performance. 1) Horizontally opposed metering pump

Horizontally opposed two-way proportioning pump adopts coaxial design, which can eliminate the pressure difference completely caused by nonuniform loading, keep the working pressure more stable and extend the service life of sealing elements. Each metering pump is equipped with over-pressure protection switch. It can stop working through controlling the electric circuit under the situation of overpressure limits.

2) Heating system

The heating system of the main engine adopts independent and all-aluminum heater and are equipped with 8 high-power heating rods, so it has stronger heating capability and is suitable for low-temperature operation in winter. It can ensure the precise control of the materials’ temperature, with the help of the perfect system of measuring temperature and over-temperature protection.

3) Self-cleaning sealing

The side of material A is equipped with a solvent bottle. The lubricant in the bottle rinses the sealing of the A material metering pump continuously, which can prevent the crystallization of isocyanate on bearings and reduce abrasion so as to extend the service life of its components and reduce the maintenance time.

4) Pressure compensator

Pressure compensator is added to the hydraulic pump so as to reduce the pressure fluctuation of the equipment and ensure the stable pressure and uniform mixture during operation.

5) Driven by hydraulic pump

The hydraulic system adopts imported electric engine and hydraulic motor as its main components and adds heating dissipation system in order to ensure the permanent stable operation of the equipments and avoid the influence of over temperature of hydraulics to the equipments’ normal operation.
