DF-II Type Polyurethane Spraying and Pouring System

DF-II pneumatic and high-pressure polyurethane sprayer is designed according to the foaming characters of polyurethane rigid foam and the real construction conditions, featuring accurate measurement, uniform mixture, convenient movement and high cost performance. Pneumatic motor:

Two-way pneumatic motor adopts the latest mode of pneumatic reversing. Compared with electric reversing, it is more stable, durable and has lower failure rate, so it is more suitable for complex spraying construction.

Precise proportioning pump:

Proportioning pump is made of stainless steel, aiming to lower the abrasion of sealing elements to the maximum and extend its service life. Both A and B proportioning pump are equipped with oil bottle and the pouring of DOP cam avoid the abrasion of material crystallization to the sealing effectively.

Heating system of pipeline:

Independent two-circuit heating pipes adopt the most advanced wrapping internal heating, which is an innovation in this industry and has applied for patent right. Compared with the traditional wound heating, it can maintain the best temperature and viscosity before the materials mix at the gun head so as to reach the best mixing effect.
